What we collect when you read Baking Times, and why.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which articles and edition pages are read, so we know what the trade finds useful. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are, and the device and browser you use. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell this information.
You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.
Forms and email
The site has no sign-up or contact forms yet. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
